Founded by the Underwood Family in the 1960s Aqua Blue Pools was started as a swimming pool care company. Bob & Althea Underwood operated a small pool and patio store in Satellite Beach. As the space program was getting started and the population started to boom so did the demand for backyard swimming pools. Aqua Blue Pools built its first swimming pool in Satellite Beach Florida in 1969. A lot has changed in design and features for new swimming pools since the 1960’s. One thing that has remained constant at this pool company is the same family is still making backyard dreams come true.

As we continue into 2015 so does the company tradition of ALL IN-HOUSE CREWS for our swimming pool construction. We realize by doing the work “ourselves” with our own staff we have much more control over construction scheduling and quality control, sometimes two of the most concerning factors in any construction project. Albert meets with the construction crews individually each day to review the project blue prints and the days work orders. Communicating throughout the project one on one is key to ensure a swimming pool is built properly. We realize choosing a pool contractor is a big decision. We are here to help ease any fear or concerns you may have and make the process as seamless as possible.

In the State of Florida Swimming Pool Construction is a licensed trade. Aqua Blue has two State Certified Residential/Commercial Swimming Pool Contractors. You can feel secure in knowing that both Albert & his son, Dustin Underwood have this license.
